Why put off till tomorrow what you can do today.
I'm going to make every attempt to do that in ALL aspects of my life. Sure I could take my outfit picture later (but I wont, and then I wont have anything to post). Sure I could empty the dishwasher later (but I dont and then the dishes pile up and I get anxiety). Sure I could start working out tomorrow (but I dont and then I've gained 2 more lbs then I've lost). See the pattern?!
This wasn't meant to be a resolution - more of just a life change. And I think by following it, I'm going to make better decisions and be healthier in all physical and emotional parts of my life. Its an easy thing to change and I feel a little less cluttered and a lot less overwhelmed already.
